  1. How to calculate the item's price?
    Final Price per Item =
    [(price in TWD) * 1.15 /20] + Handling + Shipping + Taiwan Local Postage


  2. Where the seller stated the Taiwan Local Postage? What is the charges in SGD?

    NT50 / 20 = S$2.50

  3. Will seller re-post the item after the buying time is end?
    Possible. Normally seller will count their in-stock, if there are still some in-stock left then they will proceed to re-post the item. Otherwise, the item is sold out.

  4. If I buy 2 items from 1 Yahoo Auction Seller, what is the charges for Taiwan Local Postage?
    Taiwan Local Postage charged only once per seller even you buy 2 items from the same seller.


  5. Is there 2nd charges after items arrived for shipment cost?
    No, all charges have been included in the 1st time payment and we only charge ONCE.


  6. Am I entitle for the free Taiwan Local Postage as stated by the seller?
    Yes, if you are entitle for the Taiwan Local Postage as per seller stated, then you no need to pay for Taiwan Local Postage.


  7. Is the item still available?

    Taiwan Local Postage charged only once per seller even you buy 2 items from the same seller.


  9. Is the items posted in Qints's Blog are in-stock?
    Not all the items posted are in-stock, unless otherwise stated.


  10. When I receive my items after place order?
    1st batch will reach Singapore after 2 weeks pre order ends. Delay items will be 2nd batch of Shipment or maybe 3rd or 4th. You may refer Shipment Schedule for details.


  11. Why my items appear under delay list?
    Items delayed due to waiting for re-stocking, it will take 7 to 14 workings days as stated in seller's website if they run out of in stock. If you don't want to wait, then don't order those not instock else you have to wait.
    (We will not allow expedite shipment as the shipment share by everyone, each of the shipment cost more than SGD120)


  12. How I know the progress of my order?
    You may refer Order Status for more details.


  13. My item have been sold out, how can I get refund?
    We will contact you thru email for refund via bank transfer or cash upon meet up. You may send email to us for the refund as well.


  14. Can I return my items?
    Return is not recommended as the shipping need to bare by yourself which might cost you more than the items.


  15. How to place order?
    Download order form, then email us the form after filled. Otherwise, you may just send us the link to quote the price.


  16. Where is the meet up location?
    Braddell / Newton MRT (Weekday, 6pm to 630pm Only) or Bukit Panjang Plaza (Weekday after 730pm or Weekend - to be arrange upon my availability).


  17. What is our ordering flow?
    1. Qints will consolidate orders after Pre Order ends.(14days)
    2. Order will be sent to Taiwan Agent.
    3. Taiwan Agent will order from the website and receive the available items from sellers.(11days)
    4. Taiwan Agent will pack and post the parcel.(3days)
    5. Qints receive the parcel and pack it accordingly.
    6. Mail out and arrange meet up.
